Support people were using Admin GUI Interface

thanks for your response...
It was being done thru Domino Admin GUI interface, Files tab and then highliting user's mail template and choosing "replace design".
Other admins would open users mail box from the same Files tab and then choosing "replace design".
For me it's hard to believe, that anyone should be able to replace Global Address Book by updating someones template.
Do you have any scenario, as to how it would have been possible? Appreciate your help.
